Event presets
A preset is a template. It stores the settings of a party together with its layouts, fonts and graphics — but no pictures and no counters.

How it is used#
- Set up one event exactly the way it will be needed again — layouts, colours, print rules, sharing.
- Save that state here as a preset and give it a telling name: "Wedding classic", "Company party without cloud", "Trade fair with pay-per-use".
- When creating the next event, choose that preset as the basis in the assistant.
A supplied preset called "Standard" is always available and cannot be deleted. It is the fallback when an event has to be built from scratch.
Passing presets on#
Presets can be exported and imported again — handy for putting the same state on a second booth or for keeping a backup.
