Finish and sharing
After the last capture the guest sees the finished picture, gets feedback about printing and sending and is then sent back to the start screen. Everything in this chapter belongs to the event and travels with an event switch.
Customize final screen#
The final screen shows the guest the finished picture and below it the buttons for printing, sharing and finishing. A preview shows how it looks in every picture format.
The button "Open screen editor" opens an editor in which every element can be dragged anywhere — see Designing the final screen. As long as nothing has been moved there, the arrangement stays as it comes from the factory.
Sharing notices#
The short messages at the top when printing, mailing or cloud upload start at the end of a session. Appearance, size and duration can be set; a test message shows the result right away.
Return to the start screen#
Sends the booth back to the start screen when nobody is operating it. Every touch restarts the clock. It can be set separately for:
- selection and info screens
- the gallery
- the final screen
0 switches the respective area off, the maximum is 900 seconds. A progress bar runs along the bottom edge and can be switched off; above it a notice can be shown in which {seconds} inserts the remaining time.
In addition the booth can ask "Are you still there?" first: "I'm still here" restarts the clock, no answer returns to the start screen.
If the final screen has a time of at least 1 second, the "Done & Next" button can be hidden there — useful when the booth sends the guest back through the timer anyway. If that leaves the button row completely empty, the picture is shown larger. Without a timer the button stays, otherwise the guest could not move on.
Without this return, a half-used booth sits on its last screen, and the next guest cannot tell whether they are interrupting or free to start.
