Counters, limits and operating hours
Counters#
Two numbers per event: sessions total and prints total. They are the basis for invoicing and for the question whether the paper will last.
They are reset under "My events" > "Reset counters"; the pictures themselves are kept.
Usage limits#

The texts are the real work here: "Limit reached" annoys, "The photo package is used up — please talk to the host" explains.
Operating hours#
Define when the booth can be used at all. Outside that window an overlay covers the screen, with a freely worded heading and message.

Operating hours are not the same as the period of an event: the period decides which event is loaded automatically; the operating hours decide whether the loaded booth can be used right now.
