Counters, limits and operating hours
Counters#
Three numbers per event: sessions total, prints total and AI portraits total. They are the basis for invoicing and for the question whether the paper will last.
They are reset under "My events" > "Counter reset"; the pictures themselves are kept.
Usage limits#

The texts are the real work here: "Limit reached" annoys, "The photo package is used up — please talk to the host" explains.
Operating hours#
Define when the booth can be used at all. Outside that window an overlay covers the screen, with a freely worded heading and message.

A period can be set on top of that. Without a date the times apply every day, with a date only between the start and end date, the end date included. One date is enough: a start date alone frees the booth permanently from that day, an end date alone locks it afterwards. A window running past midnight counts towards the evening before - anyone open until 2 a.m. does not close at midnight on the end date.

Operating hours are not the same as the period of an event: the period decides which event is loaded automatically; the operating hours decide whether the loaded booth can be used right now.
