Upload, email and QR code

Printing is only one way. Most guests want their picture on their phone, and there are three routes for that, which can be combined freely. If the network drops, nothing is lost.

Single-image QR

Puts exactly their picture on a guest's phone.

  • The code is prepared right away, or only when a guest actually wants it, which saves data.
  • Valid from one hour to 180 days, 24 hours by default.
  • Later from the gallery, at the booth or on the tablet, even days afterwards.
  • Optionally on the print as well, via the layout editor.

Email to guests

The photo is shown right in the email instead of as an attachment. Which design fits depends on the occasion.

Event colours

The email looks like the start screen, with logo, for events with their own branding.

Light & clear

Neutral in any inbox, for company parties and trade fairs.

Dark

For parties, when the event has no colours of its own.

Elegant

For weddings, galas and anniversaries.

Plus your own HTML template, for example from the customer's designer, or plain text with the photo attached.

Cloud upload and web album

Images are uploaded automatically or after asking, sorted into subfolders. The QR code on the start screen leads to the pictures of the event.

Which storage fits is explained under images online for guests, with a small decision guide.

Outbox: nothing gets lost

If the Wi-Fi at the venue wavers, uploads and emails go to the outbox and are sent as soon as the connection is back. For each job it shows what it belongs to and why the last attempt failed.

Offline mode

Without internet the booth hides all online features. Capture, printing and gallery keep running.

Privacy

With privacy by default, single-image QR and web album are not offered at all.

Sharing on a tablet

The gallery also runs on tablets and phones on the same network, with the device's share menu.
