Remote control, monitoring and support for your photo booths

Anyone renting out several photo booths does not want to drive to every restart. The free RAWCaptureBooth Cockpit adds a start control center, remote monitoring and remote control to the main application – optionally combined with a self-hosted management server.

A start control center for everyday event work

The Cockpit starts together with Windows and gives rental customers a guided entry point before the photo booth software itself runs.

Guided start

Connect WiFi, test the internet connection, start remote maintenance and launch RAWCaptureBooth with the right settings – without customers having to search through Windows.

Online or offline mode

The Cockpit starts the software deliberately with or without online features such as email sending and cloud upload.

Service menu for support

Support tools and remote maintenance are directly available, and devices with small screen resolutions are taken into account.

Kiosk look matching the software

The web kiosk cockpit follows the RAWCaptureBooth design; keyboard, PIN pad and font size can be adjusted.

Remote monitoring and remote commands

The management portal shows whether a booth is online and how it is being used.

  • Live status and runtimes per photo booth instead of phone calls to the customer.
  • Remote commands for software restart, PC restart and PC shutdown.
  • Send short messages directly to the booth, for example a note for the staff on site.
  • Delete images from the online album and – when the self-hosted portal is used – locally on the photo booth as well.

Self-hosted management server for full data sovereignty

For maximum control a Docker image is available on request (with an active license).

It contains a management portal, event administration, image uploads and an organiser frontend. End customers – a wedding couple, for example – get their own access that allows booth control and deleting unwanted event images.

External cloud providers are no longer required: events, images and administration run in one solution on your own infrastructure.
